The full text of the  Kh-Jalīliyya can be found in   INBMC 40:1-5. It is a literary oration or (loosely) "sermon" which in several mss preceeds the Tafsir Surat al-`asr (Q.   ) of the Bab

In the Name of God, the Exalted, the Mighty

Praised be to God Who shed the radiance of the divine Splendor (al-ḍiyā') and divulged His theophany (tajallī) nigh the theophanic Cloud (al-amā’) through the Divine Splendour-Glory (bi'l-bahā'). And He caused to be made manifest the lauditive Doxophany (al-thanā') through the divine Resplendence (al-sanā') before the theophanic Cloud (li’l-`amā’). This such that heaven (al-samā’) withdrew neath the shadows of the divine Sublimity (zalāla al-kubriyā'), Wherefore, the first thing that he bequeated of the Book of Existent Being (kitab al-kawn) within the brocade [or proem] of realization was     (dibaja al-insha')   … (INBMC 40:1).

And He manifested Existence (insha') through the Divine Resplendence (al-sanā') and  ADD  beneath the shadows of the Divine Sublimity (zalāla al-kubriyā')
